I ordered flowers in person for my Uncles funeral service. They were very helpful and patient in working with my preference of color choice to personalize it. They delivered as promised and the flowers were fresh and beautiful. I will choose them again because they got it right!

Placed my order online from Jamaica, West Indies, was not sure what to expect as it was my first time using LV Flowers. The flowers were reasonably priced, delivered on time and looked beautiful at my uncles funeral service. Would highly recommend.

They kept their promise with same day delivery. Delivery person stood back longer than needed to ensure someone was there to receive the bouquet. Most importantly, the assortment of flowers were beautiful. Would definitely order from LV again!

The arrangement looked lovely.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

LV Flowers offers local flower delivery for all eligible orders. Customers must provide the correct recipient name, complete delivery address, apartment or unit number if applicable, phone number, and any necessary delivery instructions. LV Flowers is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided at checkout. Delivery fees are based on the delivery location and will be included in the order total before the order is confirmed. Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before the daily cutoff time, depending on flower availability, order volume, and our delivery schedule. Requested delivery times are not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed by LV Flowers. Deliveries may be delayed due to traffic, weather, holidays, high order volume, road closures, building access, or other circumstances beyond our control. If the recipient is unavailable, LV Flowers may contact the customer or recipient and may leave the arrangement in a safe location when appropriate, with a nearby authorized person, or arrange another delivery attempt. If another delivery attempt is required because the recipient was unavailable or the delivery information was incorrect, an additional delivery fee may apply. Once an order has been prepared or sent out for delivery, changes to the delivery address, date, recipient, or order details may not be possible. Cancellations or changes should be requested as soon as possible and are subject to the status of the order. Because flowers are perishable and custom-made products, orders that have already been prepared may not be eligible for cancellation or refund. LV Flowers reserves the right to delay delivery during unsafe weather or driving conditions to protect our customers, staff, and products. Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the flowers when necessary and for following the care instructions provided with the arrangement. By placing an order with LV Flowers, the customer agrees to these delivery terms and understands that delivery times may vary.
