LV flowers came Recommended to me from a family friend. Despite of being the week of Mother’s Day, I was thoroughly surprised that they were able to take an order and delivered it within two days later. For three different relatives of mine. All three of them.were extremely happy with the flowers when they arrived @& I was very happy with how they looked as well. ---- Florist's Response: Thank you so much for recommending us and for taking the time to share this lovely review. Mother loves Her roses
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
LV Flowers Delivery Policy
LV Flowers offers local flower delivery for all eligible orders. Customers must provide the correct recipient name, complete delivery address, apartment or unit number if applicable, phone number, and any necessary delivery instructions. LV Flowers is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided at checkout. Delivery fees are based on the delivery location and will be included in the order total before the order is confirmed. Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before the daily cutoff time, depending on flower availability, order volume, and our delivery schedule. Requested delivery times are not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed by LV Flowers. Deliveries may be delayed due to traffic, weather, holidays, high order volume, road closures, building access, or other circumstances beyond our control. If the recipient is unavailable, LV Flowers may contact the customer or recipient and may leave the arrangement in a safe location when appropriate, with a nearby authorized person, or arrange another delivery attempt. If another delivery attempt is required because the recipient was unavailable or the delivery information was incorrect, an additional delivery fee may apply. Once an order has been prepared or sent out for delivery, changes to the delivery address, date, recipient, or order details may not be possible. Cancellations or changes should be requested as soon as possible and are subject to the status of the order. Because flowers are perishable and custom-made products, orders that have already been prepared may not be eligible for cancellation or refund. LV Flowers reserves the right to delay delivery during unsafe weather or driving conditions to protect our customers, staff, and products. Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the flowers when necessary and for following the care instructions provided with the arrangement. By placing an order with LV Flowers, the customer agrees to these delivery terms and understands that delivery times may vary. Our goal is to deliver every arrangement fresh, beautiful, and with the same care that went into creating it.
